Build a Summer of Solutions Program

**Application deadline extended until November 12!**

The Summer of Solutions is a program run by and for young people to build just, sustainable, prosperous communities in locations all around the country. The program accomplishes two main objectives:

  1. Help the participants in the program develop as leaders who continue to build the green economy wherever they go next.
  2. Co-create projects and initiatives that are sustained beyond the summer to build a green economy locally with participants and community partners.
Sound like something you’d be interested in, but want to do more? Step up to the plate and apply to start a Local Initiative! Local initiatives are year-round Solutionary projects that aim to create sustainable and holistic green economies in communities across the country!

You are invited to apply to run a Summer of Solutions program or Local Initiative! You can apply online until November 12. Please apply here. Note that the application will take a fair amount of time and cannot be saved online. If you want to prepare it in a Word document, you can use this one. If technological barriers would prevent you from applying, please email or call Ruby Levine (ruby.levine@gmail.com, 802-272-4140) to work out an alternative.

There are limited stipends available for program leaders. Follow instructions on the form to apply for stipends.
